This policy explains what information Sutliff Creative House (“we,” “us”) collects through this website and what we do with it. We keep it short because we collect very little.

What we collect

We only collect the information you choose to send us through the contact form: your name, email address, and the message you write. We do not run analytics, advertising trackers, or third-party marketing pixels, and we do not set our own cookies.

How we use it

We use what you send for one purpose: to read your inquiry and reply to it. We do not sell, rent, or trade your information, and we do not use it for advertising.

How the contact form works

The form is delivered by Formspree, a form-processing service that passes your message to our email inbox. Your submission is handled under Formspree’s privacy terms as well as ours. A hidden anti-spam field is included to block automated bots; it collects nothing from real visitors.

Other services this site uses

• Fonts are served by Google Fonts and Fontshare. Serving a font can involve your browser’s IP address, as with any file a site loads.
• Video is embedded from YouTube in privacy-enhanced (no-cookie) mode, and only loads if you choose to play it. YouTube may then set storage on your device under Google’s terms.
• Hosting is provided by Cloudflare Pages, which may keep standard server logs for security and reliability.

Keeping your information

We keep the emails you send for as long as we need them to respond and to maintain normal business records, then delete them when they are no longer needed.

Your choices

You can ask us what information of yours we hold, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. Email Nathan@SutliffCreativeHouse.com and we’ll take care of it.

Children

This site is meant for business inquiries and is not directed at children. We don’t knowingly collect information from children.

Changes

If we change how we handle information, we’ll update this page and the date at the top.
